Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityRosa has been treating me for the last few weeks and I plan to continue to seek her treatment. I have had 3 elbow surgeries after breaking my elbow and tearing ligaments. Rosa did a thorough job evaluating my injuries and has been working diligently to try to help me gain mobility and strength.She is very knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable. She has been doing medical massage and targeted treatment to help me with my healing & recovery. My recovery is a long process and I feel as though it is improving due to Rosa’s expertise.I would highly recommend her for all the services she provides. Positive: Communication, QualityJanice was absolutely wonderful. I work 50 hours a week standing on concrete and my back gets very tight and sore. She took her time on the problem areas. I will absolutely be coming back. Janice also took time after the massage and gave me some good stretches to prevent pain from work. After working on him and relieving his pain, Rosa indicated that the pain may not be coming from the herniated disc. The time and loving attention she gave my Dad changed the trajectory of his care. Because of Rosa, he went to his PCP and, after some tests and another misdiagnosis, he got a correct diagnosis and is under the care of the correct doctor . Her detailed analysis of the area of my dad’s pain was pivotal in getting him the correct diagnosis and treatment.There are no words to express my gratitude to Rosa.
