Called short notice day before thanksgiving based on online reviews and they squeezed me in. They were polite on the phone, courteous in person, professional and personable. As far as skill, all clients looked pleased and Sam who did my hair listened to my requests, asked a few questions, made a suggestion or two and she did an amazing job. I can repeat this style. Jerah Bushur was wonderful. I have very long heavy hair and i desperately needed a change. She was extremely good at talking with me to see what I would be comfortable with doing! We went with a healthy 6 inch cut and some long face framing. I am very satisfied and would happily recommend her and this salon!

I made a last minute appointment; it was my first time here. They were able to accommodate me and the receptionist told me it would be $15 for a woman’s cut. It turned out to be $25, though. The haircut was okay, but the stylist didn’t completely dry it or use a round brush, so I literally left looking like a drowned rat (which I wouldnt have complained about with a $15 cut, which is why I didnt request she finish it – I didnt know until I paid). I was incredibly unhappy, but I went home and styled it myself and it didn’t turn out too bad. The volume is a little off, and I realized that may be because she never asked where I parted it and she cut from the middle. Bottom line: you get what you pay for.
