I went in for lip injections and it was my first time ever doing any type of injections. I did not get the most welcoming feeling when I walked in but the woman who did my injections was nice enough. Due to it being my first time, I thought she would have taken more time to explain things as I had scheduled the appt. as a consultation but she immediatley started numbing me. When she started injecting me, it was very painful as it felt like she was going deep into my lip and only injected in about four differnty spots on my lips. I noticed right away after that several areas were not symmetrical. I did call and speak to her and she said I could come back and she would put some more filler in where needed at no cost. I went back and she barely numbed me before she started injecting so it hurt worse than the first time. It just felt like there is no real care or concern, just get me in and out. It did not end up fixing the issue so I recently went and saw someone else who came highly recommended to me. I can’t believe the difference in my experience. Right away they noticed my issues and was stunned by the areas that had so much of the Restylane but no where else in my lips. She did my injections and took so much time with injecting all around my lips which they did not do at ANEW. She explained so many things to me including after care that was not explained at ANEW. She also would not allow me to tip her because she said you don’t tip medical professionals but ANEW had no problem taking a tip. I accidentally hit the 20% tip button at ANEW which gave her about a $90 tip, that tip was definitley not deserved. $600 spent that I could have used on 2 sessions with the wonderful woman I recently saw. I do not reccommend ANEW Spa. Find someone who comes highly recommended like I did. The difference in service is unbelivable!

Leslie is my go to girl! So thankful I found her. All my experiences with her have been nothing short of phenomenal. She is always kind, caring, honest, comforting, warm, friendly, sweet, very knowledgeable, educational and very well experienced. She has such an eye for detail, a true artist. I recommend her to ALL my clients, family and friends-seriously I cannot shut up about her…she’s just the BEST! You will NOT be disappointed.

Exceeded my expectations in every way! Having had Botox and fillers before, I pretty much knew what to expect when I gave Anew a try. But upon entering Anew, things felt different. In a good way! The front of the spa looks like Elle Decor come to life, the welcome warm and inviting. My consult and treatment was with Grace. She studied my face as I explained what I was hoping to change. She asked several questions that indicated a thorough understanding of facial anatomy and relevant treatment options. Owner Leslie stopped in the treatment room so I had an amazing, thorough consult. The injections were quick and expertly done and my result was better than any I had before. Grace explained that individualization and a custom approach is an absolute must for Anew and carefully making a plan before a needle touched my face was what gave me such great results. Anew is the only option for me. My “holy grail” medspa!

I’m changing my previous 5 star review to reflect my last experience there. I went a couple of times to use a Groupon and had decent results. The Dysport wore off after about 2 months but I read that it doesn’t always last as long as Botox. Since I’d been there a few times I was told I could get Groupon prices without a Groupon. When I went in 2 months ago I told her I probably needed 5 more units in my 11s, since last time didn’t work there. She supposedly injected 5 more units, rushed me out the door, charged me full price citing Groupon rules (you can only use a Groupon every 6 months -even though I wasn’t using one and she had never said I could have Groupon prices but only every 6 months) and it wore off after 6 weeks and my 11s still moved the entire time. So the extra $70 did nothing, and it was $770 total instead of under $500. I called, left Leslie a detailed message with my phone number and never heard back. Another lesson in you get what you pay for. Why would a decent place have to continually run Groupons if they always did quality work?

I had been searching for a new injector through Instagram for references of good work and came across this medspa. I went in today for Dysport and filler with Leslie. She made the process very comfortable and made sure I had plenty of information beforehand and after. She provided lovely work that I walked out of the office feeling excited about. Prior to my appointment, scheduling on the phone was easy and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

So happy with my looks. I loved walking in and was immediately greeted by staff. It was my first visit there and they were highly recommended by my colleagues. The owner Leslie was amazing! I walked in, had a consultation and treated me as needed. Leslie knew exactly where and what injections to apply. Her knowledge combined with the technique used took off 10yrs. No one knew I had anything done. Working in beauty industry myself, it was very important for me to have more of a natural look.

Don’t waste your money I went in twice within 2 weeks after $1300 for Botox and filler and still have major crows feet and forehead lines which were always taken away at another other office. I tried to talk to Leslie my Injector and she’s part owner, sent her before and after pics from a week after and also 3 weeks after looking the same from day of first treatment, and she won’t respond to me . I would not recommend this place. It’s all about the money, no integrity and they don’t care if you get results.
