This place was not bad at the beginning and I’ve been going there for long but this past Tuesday i got my hair done by a girl named Miranda, after my stylist decided to never come back to work and NOBODY called me to change my appointment after i did it a month in advance. This was not even the most upsetting part but the fact that one of the older stylist (Kim) that was “supervising” this kid said was all good I went home crying with MY ENTIRE HAIR RUINED A DAY BEFORE GRADUATION. Nobody should be handled the way i was. This was disrespectful at all levels and even worse i had to actually fight to get my money back cuz they actually had the balls to charge me. DON’T GET ANYTHING DONE BY THIS MIRANDA KID.SHE’S PLAIN HORRIBLE AND KIM WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I’m very disappointed. Below the pictures of what they did to me.

Everyone was very friendly, Tiffany very pleasant over the phone and in person. Joan did my nails for the first time good work. Even customers that went there to do their hair were also very pleasant. I felt like if we knew each other forever. I definitely recommend the salon.

Absolutely A FANTASTIC salon. They do nails, manicures and pedicures, make up, coloring, style and pretty much anything you’d associate with a great salon. The staff is wonderful and make you feel right at home. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place! Dawn and Kim really got me fixed up the last time I went.

Love it love it love it that’s all I can say about this place. It’s clean and welcoming and everybody there walks very satisfied. I get my nails done there by Joan the she is so good that my nails last three weeks before I need a another fill. They have the latest technology so they give you a printed receipt of everything you have done with the price beside it and can even send you a text message with a reminder of your appointment. And the owner Dawn is really really nice she also does nails she’s very friendly and cares about her clients as well about any client that walks in the door even if they are not hers. She also has two hair stylist making this a One-Stop shopping place to get everything you need done from here to Nails 2 toes 2 waxing. Stop on by I promise you won’t be disappointed. I’ve been with Joan for about 2 years now, if she ever decided to leave, which I hope she doesn’t, but if she ever did I would go wherever she did. She has a permanent client with me……

This is the best salon in the area! All the employees keep up to date on the latest techniques/styles and they are happy to work with you in deciding exactly what you want. The atmosphere is relaxing and everyone is treated like family. The nail techs use the most up to date products and techniques, some of which you had to go to Tampa before to have done.
