I got a pedicure and acrylics and they were so kind the entire time. Im giving 4 stars because of a couple little things like when they were doing my nails I had a few cuts and she was being a little rough with it, and they were kind of hurting my moms feet when she got a pedicure, but other than that it was great. The girl doing my nails was very patient while I picked out my colors and tried to explain the design. One other thing was it was VERY expensive. I think it was $160 just for me, and its expected for acrylics to be a little pricey but it was $95 just for a simple design. And it’s $20 extra for gel which i thought was a lot. But the service was good and my nails turned out perfect.

Thank you so much!!! I was desperate to get a manicure and I walked in here pretty close to closing, and they were nice enough to take me in without an appointment (not that I recommend doing that usually). My gel manicure was $45, including some nail shaping I requested, which is SO reasonable for this island, and my manicurist was so fast and professional. I got a fabulous manicure and I love it. STAY AWAY!!!!! came in for a simple cut and clean for my hands and legs, I felt her cutting too deep and very unprofessionally, and of course woke up with a horrifying infection. Never post reviews but this one NEEDED one. These ladies are amazing!! Always do my nails ON POINT and work with me on colors / shapes / styles. They take their time, and do quality work. I’ve had so many bad acrylics done in the past, these are the best I’ve ever had, and never come off or break! They last about 3 weeks, and the fill makes them brand new. Worth the money to make me feel pretty. Best nail salon in Kapaa by far and will continue to go to them in the future!

A friend and I island hopped last Halloween (2021) and wanted to treat ourselves to a little mani/pedi. The entire staff was a joy to be around, I felt like we were all friends as soon as we met! (Weird feeling to feel mid-pandemic, so it was nice to feel that sense of Aloha again)

All I have to say is that I will never go back here ever again they didn’t listen at all what I had to say for my nail design and they kept trying to charge me the most expensive one without letting me look at the list and once I did see the list and asked a question about one of the cheaper ones they ignored and just kept saying to get the most expensive one which I denied because I did one time prior and it came with hot stones that literally felt like they were burning the top of my feet so this time I went after all of that I wanted a very simple basic design I asked for all my toes to be a clear color and for my two big toes to have one frown face and the other to have one smiley face well what they did from there is paint all my nails black and gave me gel nail paint and gave me too smiley faces and charge 80$ and demanded a cash tip instead for ten bucks so it was $90 all together which is bs for the surface she gave me all I have to say is that after this experience I will never comeback with my girlfriend here super lame!!!!

The girl who did my mom’s pedicure was super aggressive and pushed her to get the largest package, and gel substitution was $20 per pedicure, which is more than I’ve ever paid. Don’t get the salt scrub if you have a sunburn, I felt like I was getting an all over leg tattoo. That being said, I made an appointment for 4 pedicures a few days in advance over Instagram message and the owner was super sweet! Our pedicures overall held up really well throughout our vacation and I assume will hold up just fine until they’re due to be done again. So, good work overall!

My friend and I went there to get pop our nails done for a wedding. They did a good job on our nails! At first my technician was a bit unfriendly, no hello or greeting. I asked for advice on nail color and she just said “pick one”. But the owner/mgr intervened and helped us find the colors we wanted. We are happy with the results.
