I went to Andy’s 4 days ago, the experience was less than stellar. The woman at the 1at desk with the limp is always rushing, she did my pedicure in less that 20 minutes. And got the design wrong, and was upset cause she has to redo it. Then they have some foot scrub they charge an extra $5 for,that I see other nails shops just use, no extra fee. Did I mention she cut my toe and tried not to acknowledge it?? Ok so for my nails I had 3 I needed fixed, I asked tips For the 3 the rest are my real nails so then she starts to do them I decide I’m gonna put tips on all of them just to make my real nails stronger. She gets upset and tells me she doesn’t have time for me to be changing my mind, and that the design I want off Pinterest is too complex. When I asked her why she is rushing she gonna tell other shops don’t spend long on your nails, I told her I’m paying her for her time, she wasn’t doing my nails for free. I think she is just lazy. I asked for them to be rounded and trust me they are crooked. They are slanted leaning to 1 side. I do not recommend Andy’s by any means and it’s a shame because it is the closest to my house, but I would rather go out of town then to deal with that type of behavior. If you look at the pic my ring finger and pinky are both nails are leaning.

The two women here were very unprofessional. I went there for an SNS wrap and she ruined my nails and broke them. I asked her multiple times did she understand what i wanted, she said yes but she didn’t. They tried to replace my nails that they had broken with tips and put crystal on it. That was not what i had asked her for. After they cut, broke, ruined my nails, she showed no care at all as she called her next customer when i told her she owed me an apology! I was livid! I wouldn’t recommend anyone that i know to this place!

This place is terrible. I asked for a simple soak off then acrylic powder over my real nails. The woman that did my nails broke them off and cut them so uneven that I had to get a new full set. I seriously don’t think most of these workers were trained at all in doing nails.

Pedi and Mani are nice, but they did a horrible job on my brows by giving me a bald spot on it and said I walked in with it like that…..are you kidding me!!??!!!! Now I just don’t want to go in there at all, and neither will my family nor friends. Very dishonest.

Love this place I had a gel manicure done and it’s still in great condition after 12 days. I will definitely be going back.

I will never return to this place my first and last the place is clean but they very pricey for very shabby jobs , I went there to do a pedicure gel is $35 and reg is 25 though I find it to be steep i went ahead the person that was doing my feet told me I had gel b4 so to clean it off is $5 I choose a nail polish extra $2 and am not impressed with the look of my feet , I will go back to that nail salon opposite Irvington bus terminal they do good jobs and very reasonable

Didn’t get the design I ask for. The pedicure that supposed to be spa quality, was awful they didn’t clean the cuticle and didn’t even scrub the heel which there was an extra $5 for. No bueno
