Babbby when I tell you Andy never disappoints. Now I must say he does take chances on new nail techs so be patient with them . My nail tech is Ruby . Now she speaks mandarin but trust me she does awesome work. Pull out the google translator and she will make sure you’re satisfied. When you go there ask for Ruby . Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to Andy’s nails based upon the reviews and location. The third photo is what I requested for them to do with my nails. I asked the nail tech, Kelly, if I should do the dip or get tips because I had an important event this weekend. She told me dip, so that is what I went with. I arrived at 11, left at 2. I left and checked my children out of school so we could catch a flight. In the process, my nail chipped. I was so upset because I just paid $158 for dip ombré and my nail chipped.I arrived back at the salon for them to fix the chip, which they were willing to do. However, the first photo reflects what I was left with. I was nice & in tears when the man fixing my nail jumped up because I asked for him to remove the gunk from under my nails. He then told me to leave and never come back. I never received a refund. Also, I have never received such unprofessional service for something that was over $100.I went to glossy nails and they happily fixed my nails for less that what I originally paid. Fourth photo below is of their work.Finally, Pedicure went well enough, but the first polish they tried on my toes was lumpy, so I requested another color. My daughter and I went to Andy’s after visiting 8 other salons in the area and having terrible service. We absolutely loved it at Andy’s! Mariah is the best pedicurist I’ve ever had! Andy did my dip and it looks great and he cleaned them up beautifully so I’m not picking at them for days trying to smooth them out. My daughter’s nails look amazing! Everyone was so nice, neither of us got cut by the drill, and our nails look amazing!

very satisfied with my acrylics! i have yet to see how long they last, haha, but they look great. there was a bit of a wait, which was expected. love that it’s walk-in instead of appointment only though. the place was sanitary from what i could tell. the nail tech i got wasn’t talkative, but for me that’s not a terrible thing as i’m more of an introvert! lol! she did her job well while still getting done in a timely manner. would go again!

I waited too long to post, but Had to today!!! A month ago before having surgery I went for pedicure, since I used this place when we first moved here I had no problems, staff was very friendly especially Andy. And on my last visit in the beginning all was good! I admit some of my disappointment was my fault I think. So I was assigned to a very sweet girl, but she had not enough experience everyone deserves a chance so I stuck with her. The color I asked for was white and a pink tint which I thought would work, the polish was gummy, tacky sticky, they had to redo my color on certain toes three times, instead of telling or suggesting another color as an expert they called another technician over for to do the same toes over again twice more, then they were on their cell phones loud talking, eating everywhere very unprofessional and not a relaxing environment, but yet friendly. So, while they were working on pedicure I was getting just a simple manicure she was nice, but not a very good job, before I left polish was coming off my toes! I’d had it, I told them how unprofessional they were, how I was not pleased and that I’m still going to pay but I will not be back!!! I said all that to say I’m in love with my choice of business I chose today! Up the road Zura’s Nails thank you

BEWARE of add-ons! This place reminded me why I’ve been doing my own acrylic nails since the original COVID shutdown. I highly recommend you keep it simple if you don’t want to be there FOREVER and pay an arm and a leg. I went there with a friend to get pedicures and a fill for my acrylic set. We called in advance when the shop opened so they would be prepared for us and knew what we wanted. We each chose the Gold pedicure (listed as $65). The pedicures were good. The gals spent a lot of time massaging and cleaning up skin, which I think is the most important part of a pedicure. I can trim and paint my own nails, but I can’t massage and soften everything myself. We got gel polish, and I’m used to paying about $5-$10 extra for that, so I expected a little upcharge. I requested a fill on my current set, which was listed in the price menu as $25 and up. I asked for a painted design on each finger for Halloween. Again, I expected to be charged extra. What I didn’t expect was everyone said only one person in the shop could do the design I asked for (Lisa). She did my fill in like 10 minutes, then started my design. Someone came in for her and suddenly she passed me off to someone else who was clearly EXTREMELY unconfident in her ability to do it, and even asked Lisa to come back to do it because she couldn’t. Lisa came over and gave her some minimal instructions then left again. This girl STRUGGLED through this design for literally 3 hours, and did so at a quality I could clearly have done myself. The design was all paint; no jewels, no 3D flowers, no powders/chrome, etc. I was SHOCKED when we FINALLY got done and they charged me $210 for the pedicure and manicure. I had heard nail services had gone up since COVID, but WOW!! They charged me $20 extra on my pedicure for gel polish, and charged me $10 extra PER NAIL for the designs on my fill. No warnings, no asking if that was OK, nothing to prepare me how much this was going to cost or that I would be there for 4 hours. I tipped them out of courtesy because of the time spent, but I will absolutely not be back. On top of it all, I went home and fixed the design myself and the design looked MUCH better. I have never spent this much on nail services in my whole life and I’ve definitely had better/cleaner/more complicated work. I could have absolutely done better quality work myself, and I am not professionally trained in any way.

My pedicure was awesome the lady took her time and made sure my feet were soft and moisturized! And my nails were perfectly done: the shape is literally flawless, the application was professional, and the outcome was bomb!! Exactly what I wanted and some!! I am in love!! And not to mention the customer service is always on point, everyone makes sure you are comfortable.
