I use to love Andy’s nails because of the foot massage. The last two times they did not provide me a massage while the other customers next to me got them. On top of that they are very pushy she kept pushing a gel pedicure that it’s better and I said no thank you and she insisted 3 more time then started talking vietnamies to her coworkers pointing a me and speaking loudly. I’m new to Germantown and this nail salon was close to home. Came in and was greeted nicely. Unfortunately the service was terrible. My nail tech rushed to do my pedicure. She asked if I wanted to cut down my nail and I said a little and she did more then a little cut. Applying the nail polish was also rushed. I had to point out to her where she missed a spot. Over all my pedicure was a disaster. I didn’t like the outcome of my toe nails. They looked better when I came in then the final result here at the salon. Won’t recommend this place to anyone and will be going somewhere else from now on.

This place was a let down. 1st I had to wait 25 minutes to get service for an appointment that was made a week in advance. It needs a facelift, it looked the same as it did back in the 90’s when I was last there. The nail tech was ok, but when I wanted to put my tip on the card I was using to pay for my nails I was told they only take cash for tips.

The first time I went I was there for 3 hours!!!! 3 long hours. But I decided to go again because the prices are reasonable. This second time I went the the lady was nice as soon as she started on my nails this other lady name Kelly came and told her I guess in her language that she was gonna do my nail. So the lady Kellys told me to go to her station and when I went she was rough and looked mad. She didn’t do a good job. I was disappointed. Never going back again

Critical: ProfessionalismDropped off 16 year old granddaughter for acrylic nails. When I returned to pay, the lady charged me $38.00 – she had given her gel nails despite the request for acrylic. I hope that extra $13.00 was worth the loss of a regular customer because we will not return there again. Shady business.

I only needed a pedicure and this was the closest nail salon to my house . I called for an appointment and they asked if I had a preference, I just moved here and never been to the salon so I said anyone was fine . They gave me this woman who didn’t even wear gloves and was doing my toes. The place looked dirty, the woman looked dirty, she was on the phone most of the time and she painted my nails like a 12-year-old girl . I was disgusted the entire time and am NEVER coming back here.
