The Miss is a sweetheart,the guy is rude. I simply asked him to push my cuticles back before he apply the acrylic he tells me no I have to pay for a manicure just to get my cuticles pushed back. Very rude and harsh on the hands he seen I have thin nails and still decide to use a hard file do not recommend anyone to the salon their appearance looks way better than their service.

This is the best nail salon I have ever seen. Not only are the owners welcoming and are so sweet. But it’s been 2 months because of the colvid and my nails are still holding on. I even had to cut them because they got too long and didn’t split or lift.

Andy was very nice. Like the other reviews said, he did push the gift card thing. He is just trying to keep repeat business by ensuring you’ll come back if you prepay for your next visit. I can see how this might turn off people and make him seem pushy. I honestly enjoyed the pedicare.

I was given a gift certificate for this nail salon, so I decided to give them a try. A younger gentleman was working on my nails when an older man came and began pushing me to purchase a gift certificate. I said I would think about it, but he was pushy! Then the two men began arguing in their language. Needless to say, the focus was not on my hands, or the pain being caused by errant filing. The final straw came when the guy doing my nails began speaking ill about the other guy. I was there to relax and be pampered. Keep your dirty laundry to yourself.

I went there on Monday the 18th first visiT to their salon. They offered me and drink and assisted me quickly( this is 1 of the 2 reasons why i decided to give them a 1.) I got the shellac nails done( that I get done every 2 to 3 weeks( at other salons).) I noticed that the color was being put on very thick but i did not say anything for i am not the professional. Not even 4 hours later my entire left hand color had peeled off so I called and explained my situation and he decided to explain that if i come in and let him see that he would fix it. I was pleased and returned on the 19th. He saw my left hand and said ” you clean with bleach?” …. and came up with excuses it seemed of why this happened. i explained to him that “i am experienced with this nail polish and i believe the product was applied too thick”, he continued to argue till i said “YOU WILL REDO MY LEFT AND RIGHT HAND I SPENT 50.00 AND THIS IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD AND THE MOST I HAVE EVER PAID!” The lady with the beautiful blue necklace helped me quickly and ensured she did agree that the product was on too thick and the key to shellac is thin layers or it does not stick and not to worry. (She was very kind and thats my 2 of why they get a 1 rating). As i was getting my nails refinished a lady came in behind me stating that on saturday she had purchased the 3 month nail treatment(VERY expensive) and the tips were already chipping. he proceeded with her about bleach and taping your nails. she explained very similar to me about how she had this procedure done and never had an issue. he argued with her again and while listening i said to my nail person he really needs to stop arguing with her or she for sure isnt coming back. As she walked to her booth he stopped her showed me her nails i stated without even knowing what nails she was protesting the 2 nails she had pointed ou.t he didnt seemed thrilled by that and i stated i would have them redone too.
