Critical: Quality, ValueThe actual customer service was great they’re very nice people however The only thing they’re good at is gel manicures the dip powder service there is not good at all! The actual customer service was great they’re very nice people however The only thing they’re good at is gel manicures the dip powder service there is not good at all! Two days after I got my nails done the clear coat started chipping off and not too long after they started to crack. 2 weeks later now and they look 10 times worse I do not recommend this place at all save your money and time go elsewhere if your looking to do dip powder.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLee did a great job on my nails, i asked her for a specific design and she did exactly what i wanted. my pedicure was done good and she cleaned up my eyebrows real nice. she went up and beyond with her service and i greatly appreciated that. next time i come i will definitely ask for her. 10/10❤️✨Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in on December 3rd had a fill in and Christmas design done. She left the design that was on my nail from first set just put acrylic over to fill in. Painted nails within 3 days the thumb polish came off completely with old design showing and other nails are peeling as well. Today was my only day off one week later went in to have the polish removed and just painted qith no design and they wanted to charge me $10. I am sorry that is so wrong!! I paid $60 for my nails $10 for eyebrows and gave her a $30 tip. The least they could have done was fix my nails for no charge. And mind you I have been going there since they opened. They do such amazing work and I previously went to a salon that my sister recommended and I didn’t really like it because they made my acrylics wide and chunky , and when I got to Andy’s , she could tell by the look on my face that I didn’t like my previous ones and she told me that she was going to reshape and thin out my chunky nails. I also love how sometimes I never know what colors I would want to get and she would know exactly what to do and what I would like. Their prices are amazing also! Super cheap for great quality and it fits my budget. I swear every time I walk in I feel like I’m at home.. my favorite girl is Lee, she treats me with such care i’ve been going here for about a year now and i’m always treated like family.
