My husband goes here and I make the appointments for him now because as a walk in he’d be waiting 1-3 hours for a 20 minute hair cut. I have to immediately say I’m making the appt for my husband or I am hung up on every single time. I understand it’s a barbershop and it’s “weird” for a woman to call but come on. We only work with Saul because he actually listens to what my husband is asking for and respects me as a woman enough to not hang up on me. We love this place, the barbers do excellent work but they definitely need to be better at customer service.

They should have rules for people who comes in and sign in then leave for hours and for the people who are coming in and sign in waiting for hours at a time for this other person who leaves then come in and you see them taking this person ahead of you be cause he sign in three hours ago then just comes in and you think they just going over you. If you leave you lose your spot simple as that. Is like cutting line in the bank or the supermarket. You just don’t come in then leave and come back and expect to cut in front of people. I Do understand the appointments but the once that sign in and then leave the barbershop. Bad customer service.

This barbershop is a big joke! Waited for hours and it was not even busy. When it was my son’s turn they told me they wouldn’t do the haircut just because he made a few throat clearing! If I could get rid of that 1 star, I would. What a waste of time! Will never go back!

Best shop on the westside.. Albert and Juan are my guys but all the barbers do an awesome job. They have appointments super convenient..in and out.. Customer service is great, very family friendly they do alot of kid cuts. Just a great place.

Today was the LAST day going to this horribly ran place. They have a small sign saying “appointments are now available” so don’t bother trying to walk in and get a hair cut. You will put your name down and literally watch people pull up, get cut and leave while you wait… Wait… And wait. They don’t even acknowledge their walk-ins.

Horrible customer service. Wait times are almost 2 hours when not busy. Barbers take people they know ahead of you. Will never go back. Lady took Spanish speaker ahead of me just because she knew him. Wish I could leave negative stars. I stopped coming years ago for this same issue. It has not been resolved. Came in to today hoping it was better. I was wrong

The Good: I love this place. I trust nearly every barber there. I’ve been going here for about 4 years, only one time I got a cut I wasn’t happy with and it was my fault for going to the newer barber. I never minded the hour to 2 wait time as I love haircut day and get it done literally every 3-4 weeks.
