Our family is new to the area and really blessed we found our family barber here! They are open for walk-ins (Dec20). Rob, wearing the Thompson shirt in the pic, made the visit easy for our boy who just turned 7. Our boy really needed a haircut as you can see in the pics and Rob did a great job on it! Will be returning for myself to get a haircut and beard trim. Will update the review after.

I didn’t have to wait long before I was approached by their barber John. My cut turned out great and I had no complaints. It is a very clean well ran shop. They were professional yet welcoming which made it a relaxing place to be. Unfortunately, I left my glasses their. When I realized it I made a call and they handled getting my glasses back to with out hesitation. I for one am very appreciative and happy with my over all experience. I was there from out of town on business. I needed to get a cut in a timely manner. Luckily, I found Andy’s barber shop in E-Town. I didn’t have to wait long before I was approached by their barber John. My cut turned out great and I had no complaints. It is a very clean well ran shop. I attempted to walk in, even though the place was open for another hour and there was no one waiting, and the only barber was plainly almost finished with the only patron in the building I was asked if I had an appointment, I said no, then he rudely told me he only took appointments. I said, “you can’t squeeze me in” looking around at the empty room He said no if you want you can make an appointment but we’re booked 2 weeks out. I set in the parking lot typing this review and searching for another option and saw the shops only patron walk out at 2:15 (45 min to close) and no one had walked in when I left the parking lot at 2:28. For all that “family atmosphere” nonsense they sure aren’t very friendly or welcoming to folks who aren’t part of the family.

Couldn’t ask for better professionals. They took care of me and my son better than anywhere I have been. They went above and beyond, even helping wipe my son’s hands off while I was in the chair. I will continue to go back there. Fantastic group that genuinely care about people.

Everyone was great and super nice. We have twin 4 year old grandsons who are both autistic and they were absolutely amazing with them. So kind and very patient. I left wanting to cry with joy. Would highly recommend everyone in the shop!
