Andy is amazing! He was very fast and detailed. He is gentle on your hands as well. I would recommend Andy’s to everyone!! I haven’t had nails done in a long time because of my fibromyalgia but after getting my nails done there I had no pain! It was a great experience and I will continue to go. Scheduled an appointment for a mani/pedi, this was the best they could do? Was supposed to be manicure with dipped oval nails, repeated oval to her and she still did square with uneven edges. Notice the nasty cuticles. No manicure just dipped poorly. Pictures show how pedicure turned out. After 1 hour and 37 minutes I had to go, she offered to fix the pedicure but I was out of time. Yes they charged me full price for this. She was very rude and rough. Not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. SAD EXCUSE for a business!

After going to newaygo nail spa for a while and not being totally happy with my nails, I decided to try out this place and they are so much better. Much more friendlier and give you what you ask for. The lady at newaygo nail spa was very opinionated and rough. It was a nice change.

I brought my niece here because my usual place was filled and i had been promising to take her. Had an appointment. Arrived a few minutes early. Was told to sit down and wait. We picked our colors and each got a technician. The guy doing my nails literally cut chunks of flesh out of 4 cuticles, ignored it, got paint all over my skin, left grit in the polish, and missed spots. Seriously disappointed.
