It’s been so long since I have gotten my nails done and I absolutely love Andy Nails. I took my daughter and we just got our feet and our nails done. I went with almond shape for my nails I usually do coffin but wanted to shake it up. They came out amazing. Katrina did my nails and she did awesome. I plan on coming back especially to get my nails done for my wedding next month.

I went for a pedicure. He was rough and was hitting my foot with the pumice but didn’t get all my calluses. Then used a scrubber on my toenails, rinsed it in my dirty foot water and put it back in his drawer. The final straw was then when he cut my big toe at the cuticle.

I’m writing this in hopes of potentially saving someone from going here. Ever since the owner, Andy, left this place has gone downhill FAST. I’ve been a client for 2 years. they are extremely understaffed after half the team left. They also will take walk ins when expecting appointments. During my pedicure, (as a licensed nail technician myself) I noticed the tools were not sanitized and after the girl next to me finished her pedicure, they rinsed the tools off in the sink and that was the extent of sanitation!!!!!. This worried me, but after 2 years I had faith. The man dug into the side of my right big toe nail and immediately I felt a throbbing pain. forward to TWO WEEKS LATER- I’m in the emergency room for sepsis and my toe was nearly at the brink of amputation from infection!!!! DO NOT give them your business. THEY ARE Unsanitary, unprofessional, and Katrina- I’m sorry but you are SO rude to everyone that comes in!! I’m so disappointed after 2 years of FULL loyalty I need to find a new nail spot. Please, PLEASE do yourself the favor and do not patronize this business that is not practicing safe and sanitary procedures. I NEVER write reviews, but I’m hoping this saves someone the potential health risks associated with skipping sanitary steps!!!!!!!!!

Critical: QualityLady seemed like she had never done acrylic as she used so much monomer on my nails. Didn’t even make them even or smooth and edges are not clean. Also tore up my cuticles. Not a good experience at all.Service: Acrylic nails

I will never use this salon again. They took me right back and had my feet in the water for 45 minutes before someone came to do my pedicure. In the meantime one of the employees brought their pre-teen son to work and he ran around and yelled very loudly at the staff. The man that did my pedi couldn’t keep his mind on feet. I only got a 30 second massage on my feet/legs, he didn’t work very long to get the rough spots off my heels, and he never scrubbed them after he was done. It was NOT a relaxing and enjoyable experience, I was happy when I walked out the door.

Went there today because my coworker goes there. Went in for a gel filled manicure and gel pedicure. The gentleman that took care of me didn’t seem like he cared. Massage for my pedicure was the worst I ever had and my nail are very disappointing! On my right thumb he only polished have of the nail or he rub half of the polish off while he was giving me a poor hand massage. Then when I went to pay they only want cash….women said help us out…next you bring cash. Well, there isn’t going to be a next time!!! Save your money ladies and go somewhere else!!

Sooooo I normally dont right reviews never the less bad reviews but I like to say that the jobs that were done left my girlfriend and her friend in pain both of them did not recove the treatment of the job was lack lucter and imperfect leving imperfections and making the polish look see through on the nails and mis shaping the stle the filing is un even and nails are not symmetrical and crooked and said it was their fingers left us paying and gave an attitude when i had to use card and left 2 clients un happy and pretty much ruined their days it takes alot to get someone to write like this but the prices are alittle steep and the workndone doesnt match the price paid. Really unhappy and kind of violated honestly

Yesterday I took my wife to this place to get her nails done before my brothers wedding. She already had a set of acrylic nails on and just needed a fill. The man there who was attending to her seemed to have a complete lack of attention to detail. She told me that he wanted to be done after about 15 minutes, but that she had to ask him many times to fix issues that she was not happy with. The man seemed to take offense to her being unsatisfied with his work and was doing everything super fast without paying attention to details. Even when she choose to show the boss there that she was unsatisfied with the work (and the boss agreed with her), the man doing her nails still refused to acknowledge the issues with his work. When I started watching his work it seemed like he was working so fast and angry because he just wanted to finish his shift. My wife has had her nails done a million times and never experienced such bad work. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Plus on top of that the man seemed to be talking angrily about us to his coworkers in their native language which I thought was incredibly disrespectful. In all we paid 45 dollars for subpar work and left the salon feeling disappointed and disrespected.
