I started coming this barbershop with my 2 boys for like 4 visits now and while my line up is ok (nothing spectacular) and my boys haircuts are good, the barber (3rd chair from the window) that line me up seems to don’t like giving me back my change. Some weeks ago I paid what was reasonable for a lineup and he started criticizing my payment to another barber in Spanish thinking I don’t understand Spanish. If I tender $40 for a line up, I should at least get back $10 if the line up is $20 and I tip $10. Dude acted like my lineup was $40. I don’t know if this was so because I never said anything??? While I could’ve questioned the cost, I hesitated because there is no price chart on the wall breaking down the cost! Its safe to say I will be finding a new barbershop!!!

The barber who faded and trimmed my hair made sure to check with me as he was working, to see that it was to my liking. I appreciate the attention he gave and the haircut was exactly what I wanted, so much so I gave a bigger tip than I had originally planned.

I been there twice and I just think they need to step it up a bit, customer service is cool and all. Just seem to want you in and out in 2 min, didn’t use a razor unless I told them, no shaving cream, and didn’t even ask if I want my beard lighter. I come from Brooklyn and they put hot towels on your face, use blades and ask if you want your beard lighter or left alone with out you saying one word. Again customer service is cool and barber shop is clean nice and all but barbers need to be more on point.
