I specifically asked if they accepted charge cards I was told yes. When I went to pay with my credit card I was told that there would be an additional $3.00 service fee. I was not happy about this and refused to give them an additional $3 for service that was in the first place expensive and the quality of work done was not up to standards. She left me before I was completely finished and want to attend to another client. I was not given help removing the toe separators and when I went to remove the toe separators I discovered that my toes were not completely dry causing the polish to smear. I brought this to the attention of the person that was working on me and she ignored me for awhile. The person that she was working on had to tell her to go attend to me and come back. She had finished doing what she needed to do and the person went to wash their hands. She waited for them to come back and continued ignoring me as if to say I am done with you and that’s your problem you got smudged. Needless to say I was not a happy customer and walked out of their furious. When you look at my nails and toes the polish was put on rough and not smooth. Would never go back there again…

terrible workers. Walked into their shop and the workers, were very rude. I guess you pay for going to a ghetto establishment in the ghetto. I usually get my nails done in Georgetown, where I actually live. However I was running late and decided to patronized their crappy salon. This was my third time there, and sadly nothing has changed. The shop is dirty and the workers all look unkept. (Except the men) I can’t wait for the city to close them down..

Place is not clean. You have to ask them to sanitize their tools before using it on you. Cheap nail polish (or they thin it out) pedicure starting chipping 3 days after. Gel fill in cracked and broke water 5 days. Went un to fix it and they charged me. Same nails cracked 3 days later.

Wish i could of given this place a half a star. This place used to be so great but the older ladies working there now make it a place to avoid, especially since Andrew is no longer supervising their the work. The older female ladies have attitudes and are always talking harshly to the customers. I was escorted to a broken chair and the older lady said it doesnt matter cause i am only here to do nails just sit in the chair. Where was customer the service? Had my nails done yesterday and within 12 hours the polish started flaking off on 6 of my nails. I dont wash dishes because I have a dishwasher so there is no excuse why this would happen. Plus I regularly polish my nails so I know how long a manicure is supposed to last and its not less than 12hours. I went back to show them my nails and was told thats what happens when u dont use fake nails. I know lots of people who have stopped coming because the work is garbage now. Sorry but I have to also leave cause they really suck now and get better service some place else. Me and my dollars demand basic respect!!
