Not only did it turn out beautifully, but Olivia was very nice and professional throughout the session. I now get tons of compliments about my hair and I love how it looks. I have been to this salon 3 times and I’ve always had an amazing experience. I went recently and the stylist Olivia did my hair. Not only did it turn out beautifully, but Olivia was very nice and professional throughout the session. I now get tons of compliments about my hair and I love how it looks. Critical: Quality***DO NOT COME HERE FOR BRAZILIAN BLOWOUT!!!*** I was here last month to get a Brazilian Blowout treatment for my very frizzy hair. Overall, everything was okay, staff is friendly and location was clean. However, one month later I find mi hair as frizzy as it was before. I have done this treatment three times in other places and NEVER lasted that little. The other times I was able to feel the big difference because this treatment is amazing when is well applied. It is designed to last AT LEAST three months. I know how this treatment works and I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner as it has to be. I paid 425 dlls plus tip. VERY DISAPPOINTED. ***DO NOT COME HERE FOR BRAZILIAN BLOWOUT!!!*** I was here last month to get a Brazilian Blowout treatment for my very frizzy hair. Overall, everything was okay, staff is friendly and location was clean. However, one month later I find mi hair as frizzy as it was before. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueNail tech went out to get a Pepsi, so she was 15 minutes late. While I was waiting, a Caucasian lady came in to get her hair done. Receptionist asked her if she’d like coffee or water. Mind you, I wasn’t asked when I got there, because I’m not Caucasian. She asked me later as an afterthought. The manicure was a disaster. She filed my nails, pushed the cuticles back and painted them. When I told her I had never had a “dry” manicure, she said that’s what you get for Groupon and if I didn’t like it (shrugged her shoulders). She was a young, inexperienced, not so polished lady from Albania (recently moved to US) who needs some training on how to treat customers that look “different”. I will be contacting Groupon about the “dry” manicure. The fine print on the Groupon did not say that I would get a “dry” manicure. This salon will never get my business again. I tipped the tech half of what I would have normally tipped someone else if they had spoken to me without an attitude. Nail tech went out to get a Pepsi, so she was 15 minutes late. While I was waiting, a Caucasian lady came in to get her hair done. Receptionist asked her if she’d like coffee or water.
