Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueDon’t waste your time and money!This place is not neat and clean. Staff are not friendly. The aestheticians are not professionals.I found this place by searching on google. I didn’t pay attention to the reviews and went there to get my lashes permed. I drove 50 minutes to go there and back hoping I surprise my husband for Valentine’s Day. Carlynn was the aesthetician. The result was not as I expected but because she assured me my lashes were going to lift after they are dry. I trusted her. As you can see in the pictures my lashes specifically on the left eye are barely lifted. She didn’t even clean my eyes after her work and it was really hard for me to remove the glue off of my eyes. The smell gave me literally two days of Severe Headache! When I told her about all these she said my lashes are short and I should not compare my lashes to others’ but I was just comparing my own lashes of both sides! She was rude. Finally Andrea refunded $75 of $82.50 that I paid! And she said “We will reimburse you for the service but not a tip for the time Carlynn took to work on your lashes”.Don’t waste your time and money!This place is not neat and clean. I went there for a pre wedding manicure and pedicure with my sister and maid of honor . What a wonderful experience, it was so relaxing and so much fun. The service was great as always, and very personal. The atmosphere here is amazing. The ladies are very accommodating and do a great job! It is always a great way to pamper yourself! If you haven’t been there, go, you won’t regret it!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My experience there was not pleasant. I would not recommend getting a bikini wax there and to just go to Bombshell in shortpump or Carytown instead. Not worth my money, and definitely not worth my time. My appointment was also moved the day of, which was probably the least upsetting/annoying thing about my experience.

This place does not live up to their guarantee. If you get a gift card they dont honor those either. I would not suggest this place to anyone. They are never on time, they do sloppy work, and they only seem to care about their clients that come very other week.
