Critical: ProfessionalismBeing new to the area, I was not familiar with local hair salons. After calling several salons for two days I finally had Andrea’s get me in the next day for a quick trim for my daughter. We came in that morning and not too shocked, but no employees wearing mask (mind you during a pandemic) then the stylist proceed to cut my daughter’s hair..making her stand up for an entire 30 minutes, yes stand for a haircut. After twenty minutes of her standing and her legs shaking I asked the stylist not once, but twice was it really necessary for her to keep standing? And was ignored. Later to realized this was the owner Andrea. Eventually she let her sit the last five minutes of the haircut. When processing with payment I was told no debit cards, only cash or check. I was not told this over the phone when making the appointment, no sign on the door or when walking into the appointment, and once again using cash during a pandemic. So I had to then leave the salon to run to an atm. I have never left a bad review, but this one takes the cake. Being new to the area, I was not familiar with local hair salons. After calling several salons for two days I finally had Andrea’s get me in the next day for a quick trim for my daughter.
