Went for a Brazilian blowout. They assured me it would look great. Spent over four hours getting it done by someone who had obviously never done one. After I wash my hair for the first time it doesn’t look anything like the promised results. I don’t like confrontation, but my hair just looks bad so I decided to go talk to them. Basically they gaslight me and say it’s my fault for having too high expectations (my expectations were just what they advertised) they don’t even offer a partial refund and say they can redo it and I tell them I don’t want them putting more chemicals in my hair. She replies by saying that this treatment is not chemical (formaldehyde, formalin, methylene glycol, methylene oxide, paraform, formic aldehyde, methanol, Oxymethylene, are not chemicals I guess) Also, after review the proper process online I realize they did several things wrong (shocker!) I thought about getting this to my credit card company but it’s not worth it. They should have been honest and let people know that they are not super experienced with this treatment and to not have any expectations. The only thing I got was them removing my video from Fb that I never consented to anyways.

I took my 3 granddaughters to get their hair cuts before school starts and we will definitely be going back. The staff was very nice and professional. My girls loved their haircuts. I’m going to start using them too once I need a hair cut.

Thomas and Emily were great! They cut all three of my boys hair. They were very patient and kind. They were able to take us as a walk in. We were in and out with in an hour! Very pleased with their service! Thank you Thomas and Emily!

I was quoted way less than what I was charged at the register. If something is going to cost extra do not just do it. Let me know the price difference and ASK me! The owner and other hair person is nice, but the stylist I received these past 2 times kept adding to my bill without my consent.

I made an appointment over 6 weeks ago for my niece to have her hair and make-up done up for prom today, on May 28th and just found out that they are closed today for Memorial Day weekend. I did not receive a courtesy call or any notice to let me know they had changed plans. I was excited to try them out and now I am stuck trying to get a last minute appointment today for my poor niece who was looking forward to getting glammed up for her prom. I hate this place now. Bunch of morons don’t even have the decency to call. Don’t go there. They don’t know how to run a business. Get some business smarts Andrea’s que nada les Cuesta!!!
