Today I did the keratin treatment. I am super beyond amazed by the results done by Dalila who is a great, patient, yet wonderful stylist. I appreciate her calm and gentle personality, but above all taking the time to explain to me the treatment and give me knowledge regarding my hair and the importance of caring for it. I would give this place 5 stars and recommend you to try it out. I usually don’t give reviews but this one is worth giving! Give it a shot you won’t regret!!

I called an schedule an appointment for hair color and treatment. I requested someone with experience after reading reviews and making sure I was going to the right place. Best decision I did. I walked in on the day of my appointment and was greeted with a smile. Staff make sure I was comfortable while waiting for my hairstylist to start working with me. It was early morning and was received with hot coffee plus cookies. Dalila was my hairstylist and she started doing an assessment first and gave me suggestions of what I needed for my hair. I got an RP, hair color, detox treatment, haircut and trimmed my split ends done.

I came in for the first time to get a haircut and I absolutely love it! The staff was so kind and helpful. They are very experienced and definitely know what they’re doing! I knew I wanted to cut off my split ends and dead hair but I was unsure of the type of haircut so I told her to do what she thinks would be best and she did an amazing job! She knew I was hesitant to cutting so much hair because it was very dead so she kept asking me to make sure if it was okay and if I really wanted to go through with it and I’m so glad I did. She was extremely attentive and walked me through everything she was doing so I felt very safe and comfortable. My hair has never felt healthier than it does right now!

I’m in love with this place, all the ladies know what they are doing! I love how since the minute a walked in they were super nice, the consultation was absolutely amazing they told me the expectations of what i wanted with my hair and the reality of what the results might be according to the condition of my hair at the moment. I go every 4 months here. I always have the best experience. The best transformation that I’ve had by far! They have an amazing eye for hair and are able to make my dream a reality!! I hate to leave a bad review, but there is much to improve in this salon, and I feel I should share my experience. I am not from the area and was looking for a decent place to get my roots retouched. Read some of the reviews and was convinced to try the place out. I will start with the positives. The salon is nice, spacious, and secure; which I appreciated for the area. Parking is also convenient and under surveillance. The stylist was sweet and kind, but to be honest, lacked experience (which I had asked for when my appointment was moved and the stylist was not the person I was set up with from the beginning). She did match the base color I needed to be retouched, so I was very happy about that. I was offered drinks and snacks, which was very nice. The receptionist was great!

Update: my original review on Yelp was deleted. How interesting . Let me be more detailed. I asked for a color and haircut and came out with a completely different color and cut ( about 2 inches shorter than asked) . The owner offered to fix it, but how? You can’t put back my length, you don’t have the capacity or capability to create what you’re charging for and your products are the cheapest I’ve ever seen. I don’t think anyone should ever endure this and still be asked to pay $250. Complete fraud.

Great salon, friendly staff and they make you feel as if you have known the cosmetologist for a long time. Went for a hair cut and got a hair treatment specifically for my oily hair follicles. Will definitely go again.
