The Andre Franca Studio was founded by brother sister team Andre Gambino and Franca Lipari. Franca’s daughters Angela Liperi-Martin and Bianca Liperi-Johnson joined the staff as well as Tracy Reese, Nell Miller, and Scott Nelson. We quickly developed a reputation for being experienced, trustworthy and talented hair stylists, specializing in hair cutting and color. We created a comfortable boutique salon on the first floor of 1472 Grand Avenue in Saint Paul in 1998. Many clients from all over the Twin Cities have made their way to our door over the years and remain loyal and happy customers! However, we love seeing new clients as well. We hope you will consider a visit with us soon.

It is *so* hard to find an amazing salon/stylist with tons of experience, that knows what they’re doing, and is reasonably priced (even for master stylists!). I’ve been going to Andre Franca for a few years, and I just can’t say enough good things about this place – seriously. Such a gorgeous location on Grand Ave, the staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable, and they actually take their time with you and your vision. You’re not rushed through like cattle. You WILL leave there happy… and feeling like a millon bucks!

Franca has been cutting my hair for 21 years, (since I had hair- since about the age of 2). She started coloring my hair when I was in high school and has been doing it ever since! I know I will never have to stress over a weird haircut because I know it will always be perfect! Franca has done my updos for special events, always done to perfection! My entire family are clients at Andre Franca and refuse to consider anyone else for hair care. Even when I can’t exactly describe what I want, Franca knows!
