I reserved an appointment online and WAY ahead of time for a pedicure, it was honestly better than any other pedicure I’ve ever had, he relieved the pain I had from an ingrown nail, and gave a great massage, he didn’t use a cheese grater and instead hand filed the callus away. Everything was very hygienic. Metal tools were autoclaved. Attention to detail on cuticles. I’d definitely recommend the pedicures here over any other place.

Based on the reviews I was hoping to have the same delightful experience. Plus the location is in my neighborhood, and owned by a POC – I thought I had my go-to nail shop. Sadly this wasnt the case for me. If you are interested in visiting be sure to make an appointment. Walk ins are not welcomed. Owner did not update Google to include that tidbit of info. When I entered, the owner had a very nice nasty demeanor as he dismissed me. He didnt even tell me how I could book, etc. Apparently I was supposed to see the tiny handwritten sign posted on the window. The sign wasn’t even placed on the door smh. Had the owner had a different presence on his approach I would consider making an appointment but I’ll pass.

A Hidden Gem in Indiana. After moving to Indiana I’ve tried several nail places and still find myself having to commute to Chicago to get my nails done the way I like. After some looking around I decided to try Andrade nails today. And I’m so glad I did, the owner does amazing work you can tell he’s very passionate about it. Probably the most sanitary nail experience I have ever had, which was well appreciated after getting an infection from a well-reviewed shop here in Hammond Indiana. She was willing to pull out all the stops, which was so appreciated as I always feel like I’m asking for too much at other nail salons. The owner also painted my daughter’s nails and was very sweet as other nail shops have been rude when doing her tiny little fingers. I will definitely be back and I’m glad to say I have found a shop near me, I no longer have to go all the way back to Chicago.
