I went for my first treatment today and I can’t say enough good things about Andi and Jackie!! The spa is beautiful and super clean. They explained everything to me in detail, explained my options and walked me through every step of the procedures! They were both so welcoming and treat you like a friend the moment you walk through the door. Andi did my microneedling and laser resurfacing treatment and she was so calming, gentle, and explained every thing she did as we went along. I was shown before and after pictures to get realistic expectations and I was beyond impressed. Andi even checked up on me a few hours after the procedure to make sure I was doing well. Andi and her amazing family are welcoming and professional. I don’t mess around when it comes to injections so I was thrilled to find Andi, an RN, in the area! From the moment you walk in the door the team is welcoming and aims to please. Andi is personable and listened to what I wanted (and didn’t want) and gave me her honest opinion on how to achieve it. As a new client, she didn’t know how my muscles would take the dysport and encouraged me to come back if there were any tweaks needed.
