Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI decided to try out this nail salon due to the star rating and reviews. It’s been 3 weeks since I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure and everything still looks good and no chipping! A great job was done on my nails and hands, however one star was deducted due to timeliness. I had an appointment and was there for 2 hours. A walk-in came within that time and the person that was supposed to do my manicure did her first and then 2 other people came in and got tended to. I don’t think I ever spent that much time in a nail salon. Appointments should be the priority and walk-ins should be require to wait. I decided to try out this nail salon due to the star rating and reviews. It’s been 3 weeks since I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure and everything still looks good and no chipping! A great job was done on my nails and hands, however one star was deducted due to timeliness. I had an appointment and was there for 2 hours. A walk-in came within that time and the person that was supposed to do my manicure did her first and then 2 other people came in and got tended to. Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy wife and mother-in-law went there this afternoon and my mother in law had been there previously and didn’t like the dip so when they went back she told them she just wanted the regular acrylic, only because two of the nails fell off within the first week with the dip. After my mom in law voiced this to them the three workers demeanor changed to a serious attitude and my wife and her mom did not feel welcomed. They were pretty rough and the man who practically accused my mom in law of lying and was slamming things and acting very unprofessional. There “hand dryer” was a fan coming of the table and did not work very well at all they both left after paying full price and there paint started messing up immediately.
