If you’re looking for relief from painful, tight muscles, see Heather! She can feel where the problem areas (and their origins) are and knows how to get the painful areas to release. When I arrive for my appointment, she asks me how I’m doing and then focuses on alleviating the pain that is bothering me the most, but somehow manages to get to the other tight, painful areas as well. Besides pain relief, I leave there with a greater range of motion, better posture, and I can breathe deeper.
