Incredible place, I felt very welcome and was treated very well by the reception, my English is not very good and I don’t speak Spanish, but all the staff that attended me were extremely kind and helped me to understand. I especially want to thank Ellieth for being so perfect when doing my nail, super friendly and patient, she helped me choose the best design and was super careful with the details of my nail! this is the second time I come to this salon and this is definitely the most perfect nail I’ve ever had! Janet gave me the full set of my dreams!! It was my first time trying a “Pinterest-y” nail design and she slayed it. She was also super nice and easy to talk to. Was here to get my nails done for my cousins bachelorette party and had such a great experience. The place is also very nice and clean and big. They offered me mimosas as well. I’ve been living in Miami for about 5 months now and I’ve been struggling with finding the perfect nail artist. So I decided to come here because of the really high ratings & reviews. I came to get a gel pedicure and a classic manicure. I noticed on the website and from previous reviews that they offer drinks with the pedicure so I purposely left my water in the car just to test it (didn’t get offered anything). I walked in and I told the guy what I would like. He had me sit down next to another customer so that I could wait for the nail artist to finish. I went back up to him and told him that I need to leave at a certain time to pick up my brother from school. He insisted that I could finish on time. I asked him again if he was sure and he reassured me and told me that 2 people would do it at the same time. All in all, my gel pedicure wasn’t the best, in fact it’s been less than a week and it already chipped ( remember this is gel ). 2 people did not do my nails at the same time so my nails were left ugly. The woman kept drilling over a part of my nail that was hurting really really bad. I was so disappointed with my service that I cried when I got to my car. The guy told me I could come back later to get the rest of my manicure for free. But I didn’t because I told him that I could just make an appointment to come back later after I get my brother prior to the beginning of the service and he told me we would be done in time. It’s like I could’ve just did that in the first place. I question if I would’ve gotten this same service if I were a white woman.

Amazing customer service, very clean, and professional! I have been 4 times and I will never go to another nail salon. I always get what I want and have a relaxing/comfortable experience. All of the staff is friendly and polite. Definitely recommend for anyone! This is a business you will keep coming back to. Fair prices worth paying too.
