Walked in offered water and assigned to the slowest tech while other techs sat around. It Noticeably took 3 1/2 hours for short basic nail full set and toe polish. Nail service took forever, only one tech kindly walked over, asked how I was doing and created small talk and offered water. Not even the manager who seemed to talk a lot acknowledge my long service time. Cashing out I paid 110. I was charged 30 extra dollars for shaping my nails which should have been mentioned after I made it clear what service I wanted. My nail tech was kind but way too slow.
