Horrible experience. I went in for a 60 minute deep tissue massage and only got about 45 minutes worth. She answered her phone twice during my massage and even left the room three times! The ac was on the whole time so I was freezing and my massage felt super rushed. I would never recommend this place.

We were looking for a jetted tub and massage experience for my daughter and I. We got a private room. Private tubs, 30 min, sauna 30 min, hour massage, and the best full body scrub I ever had. We feel so relaxed and pampered. The staff was great. Walked out feeling much more relaxed. We needed it.

I gave these two stars for the massage they did but I don’t like after the massage, they asked the tip and I gave 10$ and she noticed that in my wallet I am having only 10$ and 20$ bill. This is a neutral review; I’m not planning to go back but I wouldn’t turn down a gift card. The inside of the building is quiet and serene but don’t look too closely or you will see hair and dust everywhere. The receptionist had me fill out a questionnaire asking about where my pain was and what type of pressure I wanted. She then neglected to take it from me (I had to remind her to take it) and the massage therapist never even saw it. How is she supposed to know what I want? So I spent part of my massage telling her she was using too much pressure or that the area she was working on was injured. I booked a hot stone massage and they were not prepared (they ran in with a stone heater and filled it with water while I was trying to relax). The therapist, though nice, was not trained to provide hot stone massage. A hot stone massage is not simply rubbing hot rocks all over someone, though it can be incorporated into Swedish style massage. The bathroom sink was full of soap scum and wet slime mold. My therapist worked very hard and listened to me and for that I’m grateful. It was not relaxing, though, and I felt as if the place was not clean enough for me to feel comfortable stripping down and getting a massage. That being said, I DID get an excellent massage because the therapist listened, and it was very reasonably priced.
