Fantastic massage, great environment, professional and Brigette is just a great person! Honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. I had hot stone and it was awesome! She took the time to review my information carefully and assess my needs. Not one complaint. I tried several of the other places to book a massage in the area, but they either didn’t answer the phone, or have any appointments. Also, she is super reasonably priced given the area is highly tourist based rates. Don’t waste your time, just go here.

My fiance and I came in for massages on 12/2016 and enjoyed them thoroughly. The temperature outside were around -10F but the massage room was warm and cozy. Brigette has a wonderful collection of scent extracts. She also had a very comfortable waiting room with tea and snacks. I recommend coming in for a relaxing experience on your vacation.

I’ve suffered with chronic pain for a long time, but rarely treat myself to a relaxing massage. In September, I went to Ancient Traditions Healing for what was the best massage I’ve ever had. The location is convenient in Grand Marais, and inside was clean and comforting. I had a massage with hot stones and essential oils, and it was absolutely wonderful. The next time we’re in the area I plan on visiting Brigette again (who is absolutely lovely). I left the massage feeling relaxed, and the hot stones relieved my pain better than I could have hoped. Brigette listened to what I needed, and I appreciated the personalized attention. I highly recommend her!

I had some moderate neck and shoulder injuries from work related activities. Normally I would seek acupuncture for treatment, but was unable to. Brigette was flexible and made room for me to get massage treatment almost immediately. She has many different techniques to choose from and was great at providing advice as to which would suit me best for my injuries. I had never experienced hot stones before, and they were great! She also used hot towels throughout the treatment, and that was very effective as well! The whole experience was very calming and healing, including the atmosphere. A very skilled healer! Thank you!
