I usually love this place and one specific lady who I go to. Today was a different lady and she kept making comments about my eyebrows and other things . If somebody goes for a service just do the service and don’t make comments . If you do then you aren’t meant to work with people!!! Sad to give this review because I usually have good experiences here. Have never seen this lady she must be new but definitely needs an attitude adjustment

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTERRIBLE! I went in to get my side burns threaded, and the lady said “no, I’ll do your eyebrows.” I did not need my eyebrows done, she also insulted me to tell me because I have cystic acne she would not do my sideburns but will do my eyebrows!!!! My eyebrows were fine and that’s not what I went in there for! My cystic acne is hormonal and I can not help it, and it already diminishes my self esteem! So for her to say it out loud in front of other people and say I’ll do to ur eyebrows instead was awful! I would never go here again! The only reason I came was because the other threading place I usually go to (who does my sideburns all the time) was closed today!!!!!ZERO STARS!!!!!!!TERRIBLE! I would 100% not recommend. I grew my eyebrows out for about 5 months and i was going in for a clean up. I went in with fairly think brows and said “just an eyebrow clean up.” I walked out with skinny, uneven eyebrows and won’t be returning.

I really had a very bad experience. I had thick brows and like it that way. They made it way too thin even after I told em to keep it thick!! They don’t listen to wat kind of eyebrows you need! And she was also rude when I pointed out her mistake!
