This is THE BEST nail place in all of CT (and beyond). I come back from NYC to have Seven do my nails because absolutely no one compares. Look at that shape… WOW! Frank (the owner) is so accommodating and always gets me in last minute. The spa is meticulously clean, and very bright. I love the cozy feel. I will forever travel any distance to have my nails done here. Thank you for the incredible service and work!

I have been coming to this particular salon for many years now and thru all the owners. Frank is great! I had my nails done a few weeks ago and experienced some issues with my nails. Frank was super flexible, polite and helpful with getting the issue resolved. Nails look great, I will be returning and as always recommending them to anyone who asks.

I’m new to the Connecticut area and was reading up on the reviews. Glad I chose this superb nail salon! I had such a wonderful and pleasant experience! All the staff was courteous and professional. Everything was clean, organized and sanitized products were in new packaging. Beautiful atmosphere and set up, spacious and welcoming. My nails look fantastic and look prestine. Staff was very polite which is why I am rating 1 stars. I got my nails done there for the first time in July, the next day the skin on all my fingers began to peel, to the point that my left index fingernail slightly has lifted and was yellow, even until now. Went to the doctors and was told it was fungus. I would not recommend this place. I have lived in the New London county area for years and have been getting my nails done for over a decade and have never had this happen to me. I would not recommend this place especially with the amount of money I spent on my nails and not to mention the gel on my toes chipped the next day and many other complaints. I spent over 4 hours in the salon, was very patient just to go home disappointed and late for my event. I contacted the owner after visiting the doctors and receiving the news, the owners response was not for a refund but, “Oh I hate when that happens.” Will never go back

Yesterday was my first time going here and I absolutely loved everything about it! I went on the recommendation of a few friends. I had to have the set I had on taken off and a new set put on which took longer than usual but Frank was amazing stayed late just for me and did a fantastic job on my nails. I have definitely found my new place to go for nails and pedicures!!!
