Put our name on the list like the young girl said to do. Told her we would wait outside due to crowded waiting area. She said come back at 2. We came back before 2 and they acknowledged us but proceeded to work on everyone that came in after. We asked them about it. They became rude. Very unprofessional. 3 hours to do 2 pedicures. Poor customer service.

Nick was very aggressive and Rude with me. I’m 8 months pregnant and super sensitive. He burned my nails atleast 4-5 times before I got up a left, And was still charged $15 and he never apologized. I’m very disappointed with this salon.

Went in to get a pedicure on Saturday morning me & my friend.. The only had 2 people there bout 7 workers. They did both our pedicures in less that 30 minutes and didn’t do a good job at all. I don’t know why they was in such a hurry .. I paid 50.00 for terrible service. I’m not at all one to ever complain but that was a bit ridiculous.. Want go back !!!!

The worst wax I’ve ever gotten in my life she ripped the strip in the same direction and I had to ask her to do it again the right way. She took no hair off. I waisted 20 dollars and when I asked for my money back or better services they were rude and was told that I already got the service even though I hadn’t because there were tons of long hairs left on my eyebrows. They were so rude and told me that I should have went up the road to where I normally go.

Everyone in the salon seems very nice EXCEPT Nancy… the nail tech. She was extremely rude to me and went off on me because I said that she told me that they do kids pedicures. Literally lost it on me. Her customer service is unacceptable. Phuc and Petra are very very sweet and excellent at pedicures. Nancy was extremely rude and I will not come back because of her.
