My stylist was very nice and got my color half right. I had asked for 2 colors in-which she did but not the way I asked . I had to style my hair with a brush because she forgot I brought my own products. My haircut was to frame my face. I had to go home to fix my blow dry. The price for what I had done was way too much. I wanted to try a salon closer to home. I will go back to my regular stylist. She has always did whatever I ask for $70 less. I did leave the stylist a good tip and maybe I should have said something but I don’t like hurting no one’s feelings. Maybe she will see this and it will help her to really listen to what her client wants.✌️

The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was inviting but that’s about where my good experience ended. Initially, I was satisfied with my cut by Wendy because it was hard to truly judge my black hair against the dark capes/gowns they use to cover you. However, when I arrived home to inspect my hair, the ends were uneven and layers were also uneven/chunky/improperly blended. My hair is naturally pin straight so it was easy to see these mistakes. It was so disheartening especially since it was a $60 cut and now I’ll have to spend more money and probably sacrifice more hair length to fix it.

I came in here looking to donate a lot of hair and have someone give me a whole new look and was thoroughly impressed! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming yet professional. My stylist did a wonderful job giving me the choppy style lob that I wanted, ensuring I was comfortable and happy with each step, and even curled my hair for me after since she knew it had been a while since I’d done much with it! It’s always such a big change each time I donate hair and I left Emporium feeling great with all of their help! Not only was my stylist incredible, but I watched every other client leave as pleased as I was. Highly recommended!

I made an appointment with Hannah to get blonde ombre and she could not have been nicer! Extremely professional, easy to talk to and just absolutely beautiful!After the first appointment I started realizing I was unhappy with the result of the service. I called and the receptionist was very understanding and I was able to come back in and hannah fixed it for me. She seemed genuinely concerned with me being happy with my hair.
