Critical: QualityI recently purchased four eyeshadow singles from ABH. One of the colors, Victorian, performed very poorly, but the other three were ok. I contacted ABH and asked if I could exchange Victorian. They advised me that since it was “on sale” that I would not be able to exchange it. Fine. So I get an email from ABH soliciting a review. I provided them with a polite yet honest review of their products. They notified me that they would not post the review because it does not meet their “website guidelines.” Really appalling. I recently purchased four eyeshadow singles from ABH. One of the colors, Victorian, performed very poorly, but the other three were ok. I contacted ABH and asked if I could exchange Victorian. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityAnastasia first shaped my eyebrows when I was a preteen and she was still at Juan Juan Salon! I have her to thank for years of easy management. Now I go to Tracy for upkeep, everyone here is professional, talented and trained by Anastasia, so you’re in great hands!
