Had the worst hair coloring experience here. At first, it was too lighter that what I chose. I had to go back to see if she can make jt a little darker but she didnt even ask to refer back to the color I chose that now it got wayy too dark. What a waste! (But i guess they tried) I was so sad and furious that i didn’t go back to tell her it was darker but Couldnt fix it at other places too coz I already got a bleach. Now I have to wait for months. 10 plus years of coloring but i never had an issue til this one.other services are good i guess

Ana’s is one of the best! After getting my hair done for years from different Dominican salons, they have won a loyal customer. They wash your hair for about 30-40 minutes and it feels immaculate. She does a great scrub each time. I’ve had a sew in and my regular hair and she’s washed the hell out of both! I like actually getting my scalp scrubbed with or without my weave. My hair is always beautiful and bouncy every single time I leave. I love it here! I would definitely recommend. And they take care of 4A-4C hair well.

It is impossible to get in touch with a human here. They send an automated text asking you to book directly through an app (Booksy) but the app is malfunctioning and won’t let you complete the profile because it won’t send a confirmation text to the phone you put on file. This business should at least make it possible to reach them directly in situations like this.
