Got my eyebrows done for a wedding I was in. Told her that and that they just needed cleaned up, loved my shape I had going on. She totally ripped all of my hair out so I have pencil eyebrows now AND actually ripped my skin off my eyelid. She was in such a hurry she broke the thread 5 times. I’ve never seen a girl do that. And I left actually bleeding and she didn’t even say anything and I didn’t notice until I got to my car. I never complain but it’s scabbed up pretty good on my face. I’ve been going here 6+ months and I’m just very disappointed.

She has been my go-to threading lady for 2 years now, and I honestly wish I had found her sooner. Since that time, my eyebrow shape has improved: 1) better suited for my face 2) thicker 3) hair removal is less painful. Ana’s threading technique is pain-free on my face- she uses quality thread. The real cherry on top is her compassion. I have developed a very close friendship with her over the years.
