Dr. Chugh is a true artist. I’ve been going to her for Botox for a few years now, and even after moving out of NYC, I still make the trip into the city for my appointments—I refuse to go to anyone else. I saw Dr Sunanda Chugh for lips and botox, and am very happy with the results. For lips, I have difficult lips to work with (every doctor has told me this, and I understand why), and want a very natural look, and am very specific with my desires. Dr Chugh was able to achieve everything, and paid careful attention to detail from beginning to end, including follow ups. She is also kind and **honest**! She will **not** oversell you fillers etc, which I deeply appreciate! You can trust her to make your features more beautiful, without anyone even realizing you had something done. If you are looking for natural results from a kind a trustworthy individual, you will not be disappointed. So glad I found her!

I am so glad I found Dr. Chugh! She carefully explained what treatments she thought I needed, and went into great detail about the various fillers. I received Botox and Restylane treatment, and I honestly couldn’t feel a thing! She is an expert and a wonderful physician, with a warm and welcoming demeanor. I highly recommend her! My true rating would be ZERO, but unfortunately, it’s not an option. I used Anand medical Spa 3 times. 1st appointment seemed great, 2nd was so so, face a bit lop-sided, but seemed to correct, 3rd (& last!) time was a nightmare, and Dr. Chugh brushed off my concerns, had me wait 3 hours (I had to return to work for my own patients, and come back a 2nd time the same day, in the rain, she was still no where to be found, ignoring my calls & VM) for her to complete the proper follow up she neglected to do. The very friendly secretary tried to make excuses to cover for her, but I over heard her on the phone telling the receptionist to make something up and get rid of me (I was there for her to fix her mistake, yet she tried to avoid the appointment). When she finally came and fixed matters, she lied and blamed it on the receptionist “misscheduling the appointment” and not her (the doctor’s) fault, and then proceeded to fake apologize, and claimed she still wanted me to come back… she didn’t realize I’d overheard part of her phone call to “make something up and get rid” of me. I am not against another Healthcare provider making a mistake, but I am all for fixing it, and not bad mouthing your patient when you think they can’t hear you… As a hard working nurse, serving the same community that she does, I’m just disappointed. Initially, I decided to move on quietly, as the initial experience was not bad, and a part of me hates speaking unpleasantly about other healthcare workers(this happened a couple of months ago) but when I received her holiday wish email today, thanking her (in so many words) ‘high end clients’ and saw the hypocrisy in that recorded video all over again, I knew I had to share this. Maybe if you’re a news anchor or someone else with status in the community, she will roll out better treatment. But, if you are a hard working nurse, like myself, who’s spent several thousand out of pocket at her office, be careful!!! If she makes a mistake, you are on your own, or expect her to “forget the appointment ” for 3 hours….be forewarned!!

Dr. Chugh is the most talented practitioner I have found to date.! She creates subtle changes that exceeded my expectations. I had a pdo thread lift and loved the. results. I have a thin face and she just lifted it- very little discomfort during the procedure-,no bruising or down time. Then she added a small amount of filler to my cheekbones. She is a perfectionist and has a good eye for the aesthetics of my face so am assuming she applies that to all her patients. Just the best!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Chugh for about 2 1/2 years and have actually now moved but plan to make the trip back to NY for my Botox appointments. She’s incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the procedures. I also never feel rushed and feel like I can ask any questions I may have. My results are natural and I’ve gotten so many compliments and told multiple people about her. Definitely recommend!!
