i was super unsatisfied for a full color half foil $300. i came in with blue hair and asked to go brunette with streaks of blonde. long rant short i didn’t get what i asked for OR what me and the stylist agreed to during our same day consult what’s so ever. for one, there is still a lot of blue in my hair, and it doesn’t look flattering. another issue i have is the transition from my natural roots natural brown to a basically RED she put in my hair the still bleeds out in the shower and stains my clothes. it is patchy, the color palette is atrocious, and again it’s not at all what we discussed or what i asked for. I would take a re-do if i could.

She listened to all my concerns and made sure to address each of them in a way I could understand, as someone who doesn’t know a lot about hair. All of her product suggestions were helpful and it was nice to be able to try multiple of them out. I also think she did a really good job of taking my vague plans/ideas and giving me a haircut I love. I really enjoyed all Nina did for me and the welcoming and calming atmosphere at Anaala! She listened to all my concerns and made sure to address each of them in a way I could understand, as someone who doesn’t know a lot about hair.
