This is my first time coming to this location and I must say I was impressed. I went in to remove my acrylic nails and keep my natural nails without damaging them, I was in between UV gel and powder deep. The nail tech (Mimi) was knowledgeable suggested to go with powder to keep my nails strong and natural. She took her time didn’t rush at all and every other nail tech seemed to be the same way. This place felt welcoming and everyone was really nice. I highly recommend and I’ll continue my service here. Unfortunately, there’s no parking but there’s options – meter or garages nearby it’s understandable since it’s in White Plains in a busy area.

We went to Ana Nail Spa today for the first time and had the best experience, I got a pedicure which was extremely relaxing and my 4 year old insisted on getting an extremely difficult nail art on her tiny fingers. I did suggest we pick another design since this might be hard to do on such small nail, but Ana insisted she could do it and she did an exceptional job. My daughter was so excited and loves it. I will definitely be returning to this salon in the future and have already recommended it to my family and friends.

I’ve been going here religiously for the last year and a half since they opened! Since the beginning my experience has always been top tier. Ana is my go to for dip powder and she ALWAYS does such a great job. I wish I had more pictures of my nails but these will do enough justice. 🙂

This nail salon need to be reported for hiring inexperienced young ladies. Today was my fourth appointment, they still don’t know my name, never take me at the scheduled appointment and always get serviced by an inexperienced lady who has to ask in an oriental language ( not sure the country) what to do. She didn’t even know she was supposed to clean and condition my hands and nails after finishing my deep powder manicure. They book appointments but they are never on time. I spoked to Ana, the owner, and she just said she had too many clients. It seems the owner is the only one who knows what to do, the rest are amateurs.

This place is very unprofessional. I do not recommend it. I got my nails done. Three days later they were chipped. When I went in to politely ask for a polish change, I was told by a rude worker that I would have to pay a fee and that I should have come in earlier. Save your money & go to another location.

Scheduled a 1pm appointment and waited for 45 minutes. Then I was told I had to wait additional time because a client had been waiting 1 hour for her scheduled appointment. I immediately walked. Don’t waste your time, gas or money on parking on this salon.
