Ms. Ana and her staff were very nice and informative. My daughter and I were much overdue for a trim so decided to get our hair trimmed, deep conditioned, and flat ironed. We are both natural so I usually don’t put heat to our hair but I just washed my hair (2 wks later) and my natural thickness returned. Curly bouncy as always. When I tell you, I looove Ana! She has a forever customer in me, she’s was sweet, gentle and informative. Her salon is cute and clean, she cares about the hair she is doing. You can feel her wonderful energy and passion, she doesn’t want to break your bank either. I’ve tried so many salons, Dominican and others… I am a black woman with thick, coarse hair and she did her thing!!! She is by far the best in this area. GO!!!!

She found a picture on pinterest and we took it in to Ana, the owner of the salon, who was pretty confident that she could recreate the style. On the day of the appointment there was some miscommunication about how to achieve the style. Ana is spanish speaking, I am not. After some discussion and a lot of patience from Ana, we were able to leave with my daughter feeling very satisfied. On top of a very satisfied daughter, Ana was honest enough to accept responsibility for the miscommunication and charged me very fairly. In this field, you just don’t find very many people like this. It’s more about the money and less about whether the customer is happy.
