Critical: Professionalism, Qualitynever coming here again I came here for a simple trim for tips of my hair and once I got home i had my sister check my hair to see if it was straight. When she saw my hair she was literally laughing because she said it looked like I had a kid cut my hair. She said it was very uneven and looked choppy. The lady who cut my hair was also very unprofessional while she was cutting my hair she was full on having a conversation with another customer which I wouldn’t have minded if she had cut my hair well. The mother messed my hair up. My high lights were a disaster. Worst part she blamed me for it. She left them on for too long because she was trying to make money with another client, even though I had an appointment and the other lady didn’t.
