Been going here almost 4 years and I absolutely love my nail tech! She listens to exactly what I want and always delivers just that. Even on visits when I’m unsure she always advises me on a color choice she knows I would like! I’ve brought my daughters a couple times as well and their nail techs were awesome each time too.

This is my second visit today salon. The last time, my powder/SNS nails lasted 4 weeks which is why I returned. (The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because I was there for close to three hours but the only reason I was there so long is because the technicians were very diligent and when I wasn’t 100% satisfied they made sure to fix it to my liking). I got SNS with tips, almond shape with one ombre nail on each hand and with the last SNS removal it was only $42 which I thought was very well priced. It was pretty busy today but they still took their time making sure each customer was happy with their service. I will most certainly be returning next time I need my nails done!

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismPoor customer service. Walked in and told the lady what I wanted(manicure,pedicure,eyebrows and lip waxing). Waited a few minutes and got a guy who gave a rough pedicure and kept asking to me to pay. I told him I would pay all at once. Remind that I wanted my eyebrows done ,waited a few minutes and the the lady came in to do eyebrows. Did them and I reminded her about my lip waxing..she had the nerve to roll her eyes and say “Why didn’t you tell me in the first place ” ? I was caught off guard. Walked up ready for a manicure….and then I said something to her about it. …she said we don’t have anyone for that…can you come back….no! Why would I come back and I’m already here! I paid and walked out. I have been there numerous times and never had this poor customer service.Poor customer service. Been a patron for years, but there are ONLY a couple nail techs who I allow to do my nails there. Came today for a simple polish change and left displeased. Hen put way too much top coat on my nails and appeared completely confused when I asked him to correct it. Ugh…. Of course I paid without a fuss, but never allowing anyone else, but my “preferred” nail techs to service me.
