I go here almost every WEEK. I am unfortunately overweight and my feet and back can get pretty sore after a long week of work so I come here to get treatment. Amy really is amazing, she is really knowledgeable and helps me more than she knows. Since I’ve been getting these massages my mobility (or at least comfort level while mobile) has improved and because of that I’ve been able to lose about 20 lbs! I always call, make an appointment and go! It’s really convenient and the service is always great. Everyone is always really friendly and I’d recommend checking it out! P.S. ask for Amy!

The hard working ladies at this Asian Spa are the BEST. I have a very tight neck and shoulder region, and no matter which one works on me…. I feel better for days afterward. This is a place for true therapeutic muscle therapy. If you want “silence and aromatherapy,” go to that type of Spa and pay twice as much. The value here is incredible, and so is their work.

Love this spa – it’s like an oasis in the Natick Mall. I became a regular after my first visit a year ago. All the therapists are excellent with some serious skills – really professional and nice. The manager who sits at the front desk always makes me feel welcome, and you can’t beat the prices. If you live nearby, you’re lucky, and if you don’t, it’s worth the trip!

The masseuse’s here are amazing. I have tried many different massage places and they are by far my favorite. In addition their rates are very reasonable. $60 for an hour and they can usually fit you in… can’t beat that!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThe owner “Zoe Wu” refused to book an appointment in advance to ensure my friend and I had our appointments secured. She said they only book same day appointments. I advised her there was a strong possibility I would not remember to call on that day (given where I work) and requested she accommodate an advance appointment. Zoe suggested I call the day of or the day before. When I asked her what’s the difference from booking today or Tuesday she advised me they only take same day appointments. I then asked her well why would she suggest I call on Tuesday if they only take same day appointments? Why not book the appointment today? She said everyone wants an appointment so everyone will call on that day. I then explain to Zoe if everyone is calling on the same day that I am calling then there is a strong possibility the appoint time I NEED will be gone. So wouldn’t it be wise to book my appointment in advance? she said why are you upset? I said I am not upset I am trying to understand your logic because what your explaining to me for a reason of same day appointments is the exact reason I would need an advance appointment and so I am trying to understand if this is because you don’t want people booking and cancelling because the response your giving me is confusing. She then says I only accept same day appointments and that’s how I run my business and your not going to tell me how to run my business. (it was then I got on google and started looking for a massage parlor) so I responded if I were giving you advice on running and operating your business I would have to charge you an hourly rate. Seeing how I am not advising you and merely trying to understand why you would suggest I call the day before when you have consistently stated you only take same day appointments and try to better understand how booking the appointments now affect you makes absolutely no scenes. Not once did I say you should change the way you booked. I asked for an accommodation (i.e. a request) it was not an advisory (i.e. telling you how to run your business and structure your operation). It was an inquiry and in that inquiry I asked questions to clarify the statements you made. Do not verbally attack me because your are not clear on the reasons behind “same day appointments”. That’s when Zoe stated I was being very disrespectful and disconnected the call. I called her back and proceeded to put her in her place. A) starting with her disrespectful phone etiquette and inability to effectively communicate without accusations and before hanging up in her face gave her a few choice words and told her where she could go. Now THAT was disrespectful. Don’t confuse intellect with disrespect and expect not to be checked in a disrespectful manner. Hung up in her face and booked my “advance appointment” with another massage parlor! The owner “Zoe Wu” refused to book an appointment in advance to ensure my friend and I had our appointments secured. I’ve been to this spa several times now, and enjoy the experience more each time! I liked the nice mix massage of deep tissue, tuina and Thai styles. The massage therapists are very experienced and talented!

When this place was located downstairs I was always greeted with a smile. Now, on the new location upstairs, with the English speaking Asian woman, she is extremely rude and impatient. She never smiles, and she never offers a solution. I went in to ask “is there a wait?” And she just replied with “yeah”, and then turns to the next person online. They give a descent massage, but they need a new front desk person. Very poor tepresentation for a descent business.
