If I can give them no stars I would. Save your money and dont go here. I went in to dye my hair blonde. I showed the lady (who I think is the owner) a picture of the blonde I wanted (light ash blond) She did my hair and it came out brown the first time. I told her it was not blond and I was not satisfied, so she suggest I go back. I went back and then she just bleached my hair and 2nd attempt it came out yellow/orange. And on top of that she charged me again. I tried to tell her my hair was not the blond I showed her and she kept saying yes it is. I had to go to Sally beauty supply store and still buy blond hair dye and had my 14 yr old daughter dye it for me. It came out way better than going to the salon. Total price at the salon was 170. I was mad.

terrible job , they left my nails facing different directions ♀️, called the cops on us for taking pictures of my nails , two lady’s also pulled me ,first the lady doing me nails grabbed my arm from standing up to go to my mom when she was yelling at me . The other lady pulled me from my shirt to get back inside, don’t waste your time here ,save your money .

STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE! They are terrible and yell at their customers and taken on more people they can handle. Service is garbage and you pay for what you get garbage service. Rude and worn finish the job. They just yelled at this lady who had been waiting for an hour and also grabbed her knee to get her off a chair she just had surgery!! Crazy Vietnamese women who have no respect for anyone! Take your business elsewhere as they are violent and abusive to their customers who they don’t care about! I wish no one to get treated as they treat their customers and the service horrible they should get shut down! I am Filing other complaints against this place as this is appalling grabbing your customers and pulling them you all should be sued!!!!

Love this place!!! Been getting my cuts here for 3 years. Always satisfied!! If you want a quick cheap bad hair cut you can go to great clips. If you dont mind sitting a little longer for a better cheap cut. Come here!!!!

Had usual men’s haircut (aka short sides and back with some off the top). The service was good, wait wasn’t long and the cost was about $10. For guys with not too much styling needs, I’d say this is a good place to go. They have Covid-19 precaution setup between the stations, sign in sheet with hand sanitizer, wore masks and even cut my hair without completely removing my mask.

This place is like a big joke. I got haircut a couple of times and each time I explain them the exact same thing about I want to do for my hair and each time they do what they want. At first I thought maybe it is just the lack of good communication because they don’t speak good English but they just do whatever they want and when I asked the lady that the top of my head needs to be cut more she refused to do so and said “ your hair very pretty”. Also they claim to be charging $8 for men’s haircut but you end up paying close to $15. The other day she was in the middle of working on my hair that another customer showed up and seemingly she already had an appointment and as she entered she “I am almost done” and in a minute she took off the bib and said you are done without even asking me if I need something else. I swear she left my hair half-cut and with no trimming around my head. I gave them enough chances to treat a customer better and every time I gave them decent tip they are a real failure and I have to leave them this feedback so other people do not get ripped off with a smile.
