Only accepting new clients with a VA referral (please see your Primary Care Provider for eligibility). I provide medical and wellness massages in a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. The Signature massage, which can be 60 or 90 minutes, includes elements of Swedish, Deep pressure, and Thai and stretching customized by client specifications. The Therapeutic massage, which is 60 minutes, combines heat with targeted friction and compression to alleviate pain in a specific area such as the neck, shoulder, or lower back.

My lower back pain diminished from a solid 8 out of a scale from 1-10 to a 2. The day after my pain disappeared. Sometimes we need to dedicate time for our bodies because of the stress we feel daily.
