I never write reviews but this was the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I went here on good faith, the reviews seemed positive. I had a gel manicure and my nails chipped a few hours later. They didn’t file my nails and then told me I had to request that. My nail was broken so they glued it but didn’t take proper steps as other salons do, and within days the glue came undone. The gel removal technique was painful and I’ve never experienced pain during a gel manicure before. Overall, novice-level manicure for $38 (with normal 20-25% tip, closer to $50), not worth it. I don’t trust them with nail care and would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I called Amy’s Spa Nail for a same day appointment and they welcome me and my fiance the same day. As we arrived, staff was very friendly! Now i spoke with Amy about getting a full set of French nails short in length, natural looking, also a pedicure for my fiance. Amy’s work and her staff succeed our expectations! My fiance is very happy with his pedicure and I am in love ❤️ with my natural and shiny french full set nails! Ladies, come to this salon and give it a try!

Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Quality, ValueA few years back I stopped coming to Amy’s because they where a poor quality salon. I have come here twice this here and have been absolutely please both times. The first was for a full set of acrylics and they did exactly what was asked and took their time. The second was for a pedi and let me tell you it was the best one I’ve had to date and the price was very reasonable. I will be coming back for certain! Lovely workers very kind and accommodating.Services: Acrylic nails, Foot massages, Nail art, PedicureA few years back I stopped coming to Amy’s because they where a poor quality salon. I do not recommend, they had people available to do my nails but they said they were busy.

Critical: Quality, ValueHad high hopes and it was the worst Dip manicure I have ever received. Every nail is shaped differently, the dip is not covering all of my nails, yet on every nail the dip goes over my nail onto my skin. I ask the manicurist to push back my cuticles and trim the dead skin… I asked her twice and she never did it. She never cleaned under my nail. When I got home I had to trim under my nails as my skin under my nails was stuck to my nail and sealed. I had to ask her several times to clean up the nail because there was polish all over my skin. And it cost me $45 for really bad looking nails… I want to support this local business but sadly I will not be returning.Service: Dip powderHad high hopes and it was the worst Dip manicure I have ever received. Wow – was this ever disappointing! $55 spa pedicure and I just don’t think the gal doing the pedicure could see very well. The main reason I’m writing this review is because my big toe is in such pain from the slice she made in my skin using the nail file under my nail. She cut the toe nails as I asked her to (better in ski boots this time of year!) but she never filed them properly so there are sharp points on the edges and they were entirely uneven (I’ve since filed them myself but of course that wrecks the polish). Then when she painted them, she only painted half of the surface of the nail! I don’t have that color polish so now that I’m home there’s really nothing I can do about it but start over. I asked her to fix a couple of the nails at the time, which she did, but she left polish around the edges (she tried a little to clean them up) but then never added the top coat to those nails.
