I went there for the first time for a dip powder manicure. In the past, dip manicures have lasted me 5-6 weeks without any chipping. My nails began chipping less than 10 days out. For $45, you would think they’d last a little bit longer than a normal manicure. Very disappointing and won’t be back.

I won’t go into all the details, but I left this place almost In tears. I don’t usually write reviews, especially negative ones, but here we are. To summarize, there seemed to be a miscommunication (despite having a picture of what I wanted). When I asked to fix it because it wasn’t what I asked for, the technician got very snarky. Another employee came over and they started talking, obviously about the situation and me (not in English). The end result wasn’t what I had come in for and looks pretty bad, but it was a lost cause at that point. And at the end she went back with the cuticle cutter (even though it was done) and cut me three times on the tips of my fingers to the point of bleeding, seemed very intentional. It was a frustrating experience. I was recommended by a friend and we went together. My friend’s technician (Vicky) was amazing, so this definitely seems specific to that one technician and possibly management for allowing this behavior. I still paid $50 and tipped 25% because people gotta eat, but being a return customer is not in the cards .
