I’ve always gone here for the pedicures and have never been disappointed. Last week I went in and got my nails done, my fault for not speaking up and getting them shorter. So I go in today to get them shorter and filled because the first time left way too much cuticle space unfilled. So $60 today and the worst job ever. I didn’t notice how bad they looked until I got outside and had left a $10 tip. The nails are black which is the base coat and it is streaky and you can see through the gel paint. Very displeased and will not be going back.

It was beautiful inside BUT, my friends and I went in to get out nails done, they got pedicures and manicures I just got the acrylic nail with black French tips and they are already chipping! I messaged my friends and theirs where chipping already as well! I’m highly disappointed especially with how expensive it was to get our nails done. We all left a tip our lowest one being 10$ and our highest being 25$ this is crazy

My pedicure was fine but I went to the table to get the color changed on my nails. My nails were naturally grown out and I asked the technician to re-shape them, she more and says “ok.” The next thing she does is start cutting down my nails. I pulled my hand back and asked what she was doing, she said “cutting so I can put a new tip.” I explained they were natural and was pretty upset about having to cut my nails that took forever to grow. She didn’t check if they were real or ask before chopping them off. It was especially upsetting because I specifically said “please reshape them.” They apologized for the mistake but still charged full price.

So I’ve been here many times. Today I went in and was gonna get my regular manicure and pedicure but never again! I was looking at the shellac colors and one of the workers came and took the box of colors from me, didn’t say excuse me…. Didn’t say I’ll give them back! Nothing just took them literally from in front of me. So very rude! I have given them many chances but this was the last straw. I’m the manager at a local beauty store and customer service is EVERYTHING!

Came in today for a pedicure. They didn’t say anything to me when I walked in just looked at me. The owner stared at me I told him I wanted a pedicure. He basically just ignored me got the water running then said ‘sit here’ The chic who did my pedicure didn’t even give me a chance to tell her I wanted a design on my toe (which I always get.) She just finished n put their foam shoes on my feet n walked away. I been coming here for yrs but I think this is my last time.
