It’s always clean and they have done a wonderful job keeping things safe since Covid began. My nails are amazing every time I go. Each time I tell Amy “ these are my favorite” they just get better and better!! The pedicures are heaven. They never rush and always do a great job. I’ve been coming here for 4 years. I feel welcome the second I walk in the door. Everyone is friendly. It’s always clean and they have done a wonderful job keeping things safe since Covid began. My nails are amazing every time I go. Each time I tell Amy “ these are my favorite” they just get better and better!! The pedicures are heaven. They never rush and always do a great job. Critical: ProfessionalismI have used this location on and off. I was hwre 2 weeks ago and loved how the gentleman fixed my thumb nail when I have a half nail. Decided to go back to them today. I walked in and said I do not have an appointment but was wondering if you are able to take me. If they were not that’s all she had to say but instead she rolled her eyes at me. Then took her time to grab the book to see if I wanted a appointment for later. By then I was uncomfortable with the eye rolling. I have been in customer service all my life and would never roll my eyes at a customer. I have used this location on and off. I was hwre 2 weeks ago and loved how the gentleman fixed my thumb nail when I have a half nail. Decided to go back to them today.
